I would like to introduce myself. My name is Audrey Ellis Anderson and I live in Hemel Hempstead. I started my career as a primary teacher in 1998 and taught in various schools. I also worked in London as an Inclusion Advisory Teacher. In 2005, I started working as a Behaviour Support Teacher and then became Head of that Service in which I worked for 5 years. I also worked in many special schools supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties. I then went on to work for the Local Authority. My job involved supporting vulnerable pupils and their parents, class teachers and whole school support. I also facilitated training to Newly Qualified Teachers, my expertise being behaviour management and supporting vulnerable pupils.
